American atheists have started a campaign with billboards erected in Colorado and North Carolina with the words: “Go ahead and skip church! Just be good for goodness sake.” The fact remains that there is no compelling reason to be good if there is no foundation for what is good and what is bad. Atheists have no standard for good based upon their denial of God and His rules for living. How many hospitals do you know that were founded and funded by atheists? Jere Allan has it right when he asks “why are so-called atheists offended at someone they claim does not exist?” Exactly!
