Micah was a prophet who lived about the same time as Isaiah and Hosea. He prophesied mostly to the southern kingdom of Judah, but also to the northern kingdom of Israel.
One amazing fact about Micah is that he revealed that the Messiah would be born in Bethlehem.
“But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
Though you are little among the thousands of Judah,
Yet out of you shall come forth to Me
The One to be Ruler in Israel,
Whose goings forth are from of old,
From everlasting.” (Micah 5:2)
Jesus, of course, was born in Bethlehem, in fulfillment of yet another of the 330 Old Testament prophecies confirming Him as the Messiah.
