Finding Rest in the Shade

On a hot summer afternoon, the shade of a large tree brings welcome relief. God offers an even greater refuge for weary hearts. Life’s burdens can leave us exhausted, but His presence refreshes our souls. Instead of running from God during difficult times, run to Him. “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty” (Psalm 91:1). There is no safer place than under His care.
