Got Faith?

[192 words] “This righteousness from God comes through faith inJesus Christ to all who believe … ” Romans 3:22. Having already established that there is an obedience that comes faith, that faith is something we do, and that we must not rest in what we’ve done or who we think we are in God’s sight, the third chapter of Romans holds up God’s complete faithfulness and righteousness in contrast to our complete lack of these qualities. All of us are being held accountable for having been found sinners and fallen short of the glory of God. Thus, we need Jesus’ righteousness, made possible because of His atoning work on the cross.
