If You Wake Up in the Morning

[112 words] A life insurance salesman was unable to persuade a couple to purchase a policy. “I certainly don’t want to frighten you into a decision,” he said as he got up to leave. “Please sleep on it tonight, and if you wake up in the morning, let me know what you think.” Is this an unfair sales technique? Perhaps! But it certainly serves as a sober reminder of the fragility of life. Remember the scriptures tells us that the physical life is like a vapor, here for a little time and then vanishing away (James 4:14). So don’t forget to make the best of every day.
