How Goes Your Battle?

Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you” Matthew 6:6.  A big theme to come out of the latest faith-based film, War Room, is that we, as individual Christians, must have a prayer strategy. Just as those in charge of a military engagement gather and develop a plan to win a battle in the world, we must know how we will win the spiritual battles we face. 2 Corinthians 10 tells us that we don’t wage war as the world does, that our weapons “have divine power to demolish strongholds, [that] we demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” Neither are our enemies “flesh…
