The Library of Congress was established in Washington, D.C. on April 24, 1800. It is the world’s largest library. Among the 145 million items in its collections are more than 33 million books. Yet in all of these works of man, there is not one book that can lead a soul to eternal life. The Bible alone holds the answers to man’s most important questions: Where did we come from? Where are we going? How do I live in the meantime? While the Library of Congress is the largest repository of writings, the Bible is the most important!
