Legalized Suicide Coming Soon?

[449 words] Among one of the great evils in our modern world is a Canadian invention called “MAID.” No, this isn’t a house-cleaning service. Disguised as a “charitable” way to help those who have permanent disabilities and illness, it is a method to murder yourself.  MAID is a physician-assisted suicide. Canadians have their choice. Doctors in Canada can either inject a patient with an overdose or they can give their patient a box of deadly pills the patient can take themselves.  Officially, the physicians are “encouraged” to offer patients this option (suicide) to deal with what life is throwing at them. This sets up Christian physicians for lawsuits for not offering MAID as a “treatment option” or for not referring patients to suicide-friendly doctors.
