It was late in November,
The date I don’t remember,
When I was leading home a manly jag with pride.
When my feet began to stutter
And I fell down in the gutter
And a pig came up and layed down by my side.
Now its always fair weather
When good fellows get together
And a lady passing by was heard to say.
You can tell a man who boozes
By the company he chooses,
And the pig got up and walked away.
