In our part of the world, August always means “school” will soon be starting! Education was always important to my parents, especially my father. My father always made sure I had the necessary tools to start the school year. He made sure I had a plethora of notebook paper and packs upon packs of yellow #2 pencils. And, I always knew he loved me. Having one child in college and another entering his senior year of high school, back to school shopping looks a little different for us, but the concern we have for their success remains the same. We all want our children to be successful, but more importantly, we need to make sure they are growing spiritually. As…
