Seeds of Grace

[105 words]

A sower walked the waiting field,
With open hand and hope concealed.
Some seeds were lost on hardened ground,
Where little life could there be found.

Some sprang with joy, then quickly died,
For shallow roots could not abide.
But others found a faithful place,
And flourished by the Father’s grace.

So scatter kindness, speak His Word,
Though not each heart may first be stirred.
The harvest comes in God’s own time,
Beyond the measure or our climb.

Be faithful in the seed you sow;
The Lord alone gives life to grow.
One quiet word, one humble deed,
May bloom into a soul set free.
